Eligibility

• Participants must be 18 years or older.
• Employees of The Surfboard Warehouse, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and their immediate family members, or those living in the same household, are not eligible to participate.

Participation

• To enter, submit a valid email address on the Spin and Win Wheel signup page.
• One spin per participant, per day, per email address.

Participants have the chance to win:

• Free Shipping on Orders Over $399 (Shipping Exclusions apply).
• 50% discount on your order.
• 20% discount on your order.

Prize Redemption

• Free Wax: A coupon code will be emailed to you. Use it at checkout to redeem your prize.
• Free Shipping: A coupon code will be sent via email. Apply it at checkout to waive shipping fees (exclusions apply).
• 50% Off (min. $500): A voucher code will be sent via email, redeemable at checkout. Does not apply to shipping costs or freight insurance.
• 20% Off (min. $200): A voucher code will be emailed, valid for checkout. Does not apply to shipping costs or freight insurance.
• 15% Off Entire Order: A code will be sent by email, valid for checkout within 24 hours. Does not apply to shipping costs or freight insurance.
• 10% Off Entire Order: A code will be sent by email, redeemable at checkout. Does not apply to shipping costs or freight insurance.

Conditions

• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Coupons and vouchers are single-use and must be redeemed within 24 hours of being issued.
• Coupons cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, or promotions.
• Discount codes cannot be retroactively applied to completed transactions.
• Spin and win Wheel offers are valid for 24 hours only, with no repeats.
• Not valid on discounts applied to a cart or draft orders created by The Surfboard Warehouse team.
• The Surfboard Warehouse reserves the right to amend or cancel the promotion at any time without notice.

Shipping Exclusions: 

 

The Surfboard Warehouse ships Australia wide with a few exclusions, and additional charges on rural and out of normal serviced areas.  

Our postcode exclusions are as per below, but are frequently updated as per the limitations of our delivery providers. If for any reason your address cannot be shipped to via our website, or your area is classed as part of our exclusions, our customer service team support@tsbw.com.au are happy to work with you to find a way to get you your board! We reserve the right to change and adapt our shipping exclusions at any time. 

Shipping exclusions also apply during free shipping and promotional periods unless stated otherwise.

Can you deliver to a PO Box?

We unfortunately do not ship orders large orders such as sbodyboards, urfboards and SUP's to POBOX's. There is no way to exclude POBOX's from shipping addresses at checkout so we will be in touch to ask for a business or residential address for orders. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
