Free Shipping Terms and Conditions

The Surfboard Warehouse is pleased to offer free shipping during promotional periods, with the following terms and conditions:

General Shipping Information

• We ship Australia-wide; however, some exclusions and additional charges apply for rural and non-standard delivery areas.
• Free shipping applies to single surfboard or stand-up paddleboard (SUP) orders only. For orders with multiple boards, free shipping will cover one item, and standard shipping rates will apply to additional items.
• Minimum cart value eligible for free shipping is $399
• Maximum cart value eligible for free shipping is $1,200.

The Surfboard Warehouse ships Australia wide with a few exclusions, and additional charges on rural and out of normal serviced areas.  

Our postcode exclusions are as per below, but are frequently updated as per the limitations of our delivery providers. If for any reason your address cannot be shipped to via our website, or your area is classed as part of our exclusions, our customer service team support@tsbw.com.au are happy to work with you to find a way to get you your board! We reserve the right to change and adapt our shipping exclusions at any time. 

Shipping exclusions also apply during free shipping and promotional periods unless stated otherwise.

Can you deliver to a PO Box?

We unfortunately do not ship orders large orders such as bodyboards, surfboards and SUP's to POBOX's. There is no way to exclude POBOX's from shipping addresses at checkout so we will be in touch to ask for a business or residential address for orders. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
